POSITIONS AND SUGGESTED FUNCTIONS

UPDATED POSITIONS AND SUGGESTED FUNCTIONS

1)      PRESIDENT:   ( one  main candidate)

2) VICE PRESIDENT: (one candidate to assist the president coordinate matters preferably one candidate based in Cameroon)

3)      A==SECRETARY: (two candidates to work with the web master)

       Keeping archives (update class list, address and phone numbers, birth days; also take minutes during conference call meetings)

      3)   B) =WEB COORDINATOR (one candidate to avoid multiple manipulations of the website)

      4) FINANCIAL SECRETARY: (one main candidate for collection and two support candidates)

5) PUBLICITY SECRETARY: (one main candidate + one support person)

6)SOCIAL SECRETARY:  ( one main candidate for general affairs  and one support candidate who will make sure that in case of any occasion there is a social prefect present to bring back  news depending on the location)

      7) RELIGIOUS SECRETARY: (two candidates who will suggest and also receive weekly or monthly prayer request from members. They will also launch prayers and meditations for the month to keep us in track)
